Choose the items that you would like to borrow a la carte! Mix and match and design your own look based on your needs.

Rental Packages

These packages have been curated and designed by owner and stylist, Martha. They are the popular go-to items that have been used for many different styles. Choosing a package is easy as Martha already thought it out for you. All Rental Packages also include styling to ensure that all items are placed to perfection!

Draping

Our professional drapery services are stylishly tailored to your event. Custom fabrics and colors are added to tents, ceilings, backdrops and more to help create unforgettable memories and magic.

Design

Know that you want to use our rentals but not sure how? Bring us your Pinterest Board and Inspiration photos and we will help your vision come to life! This service includes us creating a mood board for you with ideas and budget options. We will work with your planner and your venue until a final look is created. We want to be sure that our items are used in the most attractive way at your event!

White Glove Delivery

We provide installation and retrieval services at an additional rate. This fee is based on the location of the event as well as distance. Delivery is available in Wilmington and surrounding areas. Delivery outside these regions are considered on a case by case basis.

Signage + Vinyl Lettering

We can help you to design and customize Welcome Signs, Directional Signs and More! All vinyl lettering is done in house by our staff and made to especially fit our stands, easels and walls in our collection.

Check out our website to get a feel for our rentals.
We've added some inspiration for you in our Venue and Rental Packages pages. Our Rentals page includes our current inventory and is always being updated as we add more to the collection.

Send us an email!
Have an idea of which items you'd like to use for your event? Just let us know along with your event date/location and we'll look into the availability for you. If you haven't quite made up your mind on which rentals you'd like that's ok too! Send us your mood boards, color palette, etc and we'll be happy to make some recommendations and answer questions for you.

Be our guest!
Would you like to see our items in person? We'd love to have you visit our warehouse to see the real thing in person. Please note that our showroom is available by appointment only. You can of course book our rentals without seeing them in person as we can provide much information through detailed photos, item dimensions and more!

Save the date!
We just ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract to save the date with us. This retainer claims the items you have chosen from our available inventory but it doesn't necessarily lock you in to using them. We are more than happy to make changes as your event gets closer in date.

Just keep in Mind:
We do ask for a minimum rental order (before taxes and fees) for all events within and outside of Wilmington, NC. This rate is considered on a case by case basis and is dependent on order size, location and date of the event.

Finalize your List!
You may have made some changes to your rentals along the way and about 2 weeks before your event is the deadline to let us know! At this time we'll calculate the final balance for you and check in with your planning team to coordinate rental delivery + pickup times, styling preferences, etc.

Enjoy Your Day!
You probably have other things to worry about on your event day and we'll make sure that we aren't one of them. Our team will do our best to deliver and style all items to your expectation. Pickups from our warehouse are also available on an as-need basis and only allowed for smaller rental items.

After you've had a chance to enjoy your event we'd love to hear back from you about your experience with us. So where do I start?

It's helpful to have your event date and location booked first. Then, contact us so we can discuss your venue and see which pieces would work best and their availability. We can even set up an appointment where you can come by and see our collection in person. Showroom available by appointment only.

Our items are priced individually so you can mix and match as you like. Additional costs may be added for styling, delivery and cleanup.
We do ask for a $400 minimum rental order (before taxes and fees) for all events within and Wilmington, NC.
We do provide rentals outside of Wilmington and this rate is considered on a case by case basis and is dependent on order size, location and date of the event.
The sooner the better! Early orders ensure availability and extra time allows us to prepare, package and double check your order which makes us happy!

Yes, we require a non refundable 50% deposit along with a signed agreement to save the date for your event. The remainder of your balance will be due 2 weeks before your event date.
We charge for broken, damaged or missing items including missing equipment such as totes, containers and moving supplies. Fees for non-repairable or unreturned items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
